on Judge Training
Jakarta | badilag.net/english - The Supreme Court of Indonesia and Studiecentrum Rechpesleging the Kingdom of Netherlands (SSR) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on training and internship programs for judges, on Friday, 19 November 2010. The signing of MoU was attended by Chief Justice, Vice Chief Justice for Judicial Matters, Deputy Chief Justice for the Development, Head of the Supreme Court’s Training Center, and representatives of the Netherlands SSR.
Chief Justice, the Hon. Harifin A. Tumpa, on his speech, hoped that through the MoU, the training quality for Indonesian judges could be enhanced. Meanwhile, the Netherlands SSR acknowledged that they were proud of the cooperation which is aimed to improve the quality of justice. (*Written by Achmad Cholil)
