Chief Justice and Dutch Judges Discuss Training Curriculum for Judge Candidates
Jakarta | badilag.net/English - Chief Justice of Indonesia’s Supreme Court, the Hon. Harifin A. Tumpa, accompanied with Deputy Chief Justices and Coordinator of the Court’s Judicial Reform Team received Dutch senior judges and a delegation of Training and Study Center for the Judiciary, on Monday, 15 November 2010.
The meeting between judges and justices of the two countries discussed the implementation of training curriculum and internship for Indonesian judge candidates.
One focus of the Supreme Court’s Blue Print is on developing a continuous training structure for judge candidates and judges of special courts. Indonesia’s Supreme Court is supporting training needs assessment aimed at developing new curriculum that meets institutional and public needs. (*Written by Achmad Cholil)
