The Quality Improvement of Human Resources in PTA Yogyakarta through English Meeting Club and www.english.pta-yogyakarta.go.id

 www.english.pta-yogyakarta.go.id, Wednesday, (20/01/10) - As been planned in the morning assembly Monday before, English Meeting Club of PTA Yogyakarta branch held at 08.00 pm in the meeting room 1^st floor of the PTA Yogyakarta building.

The meeting was attended by 18 participants from PTA Yogyakarta's employees and officials, including the chairman of Yogyakarta himself, Drs. H. M. Hasan H. Muhammad, SH., MH., four High Judges, and registrar/secretary, Dra. Hj. Siti Maryam. The material discussed was about the "free-cost" trial with paper was sourced from the www.badilag.net titled “Implementing Free-Cost for Divorce Case in Religious Court””, a paper written by Salman, SHI., MA.

In a one-hour meeting hosted by the High Judge, Drs. H. Jalal Aromi, SH., Each participant was directed to read, translate, and respond to texts from the point of the English grammar. The vocabularies in the text associated with the legal terms commonly used were also introduced. This was considered important, remembering that the orientation of program was an effort to improve the judiciary's human resources whom required to be quick and responsive in addressing the dynamics of the legal issues that continues to grow, both within the country, and around the world.

Jalal Aromi ,who is also a high judge of  PTA Yogyakarta was assigned as supervisor of English Meeting Club activities at the regional level in the environment of PTA Yogyakarta. As for English Meeting Club of PTA Yogyakarta branch itself was appointed Dani Heryoulyawati, SH., MHum. As the leader, she was in charge of arranging the meeting twice a week in PTA Yogyakarta and together with administrators of English Meeting Club branch of each PA to arrange a curriculum for English Meeting Club activities, for the next to hold joint meeting once every month in PTA Yogyakarta.

Not only Jalal Aromi, High Judge who got addition for a "new field" in supervising, but also High Judge Drs. H. Komaruddin Mudzakkir, SH. was given the new job as the  supervisor in the field of website of PTA Yogyakarta and  of PA’s entire DIY. This oversight is expected to improve the quality of treatment progression in the field of information technology in the environment of PTA Yogyakarta. In this case, PTA Yogyakarta itself already has English website with the address www.english.pta-yogyakarta.go.id, as a means of supporting the English activities of English Meeting Club.
