Signing of MOU Between  HRC Semarang and HRC Yogyakarta

Cooperation carried out between the two appeal level religious courts was primarily in terms of human resources management. In order to improve the quality of judicial officers , especially of the religious court both Religious Court institutions agreed to conduct cooperation in the promotion and transfer employees from the jurisdiction area of Semarang High Religious Court to that of High Religious Court of Yogyakarta, or on the contrary.

The promotion or transfer of the employees in the implementation, of course, would consider various aspects of human resources competencies and not randomly, because the purpose or final target of this cooperation was the establishment of better religious courts with the formation of human resources who had the character, quality and excellent competence based on knowledge and experience gained at the office and field. With this partnership, the future expectation was that the employees who promoted from the High Religious Court of Semarang to that of Yogyakarta or otherwise, could obtain knowledge and experience in the new place which were not obtained yet at the original place, and could share their knowledge they already possessed before to other employees in the new place.

Another goal of this cooperation was in order to be refresher for the employees, both within the High Religious Courts of Semarang and Yogyakarta.
