Regarding with the development of information technology, again wahyu widiana re-emphasized the importance of information technology (IT) in supporting of the main daily job.
IT Sustainability, in this case the utilization of the website, in carrying out main tasks realy depends on the leader’s care and attention.
"Without the leadership's attention, despite having good human resources, IT will not run. Leader does not have to be a master of IT, but still has to motivate with go straight to see its implementation. I also used to go straight to the 'kitchen' of Badilag, to see by myself how the admins work," Said Wahyu Widiana.
Wahyu Widiana also expect sustainability of IT in the religious court environments not to depend on the individuals, but rather to the system. Therefore, when an employee who controls of IT moves to another place, it will not make the implementation of IT in the place where he left inactive, or even die. For that Wahyu Widiana expected for succession to ensure the sustainability of IT with keeping in touch with the 'alumni'. Wahyu also urged to maximize empowering of honorarium staffs in supporting the implementation of court modernization program. He expected the honorariums recruitment to have a standard of skills in the field of IT.
