pa-bantul.net - "We must be proud to be the Religious Court’s apparatus," said Chairman of High Religious Court of Yogyakarta, Ahmad Syarhuddin, in coaching event in Bantul Religious Court, (Wednesday, June 02/06/10). For that, let us guide to the vision of the Supreme Court, that is to achieve the supreme Indonesia judiciary, and the Supreme Court's mission namely: (1) To maintain independence of the judiciary, (2) Provide an equitable legal services to the justice seekers, (3) Improve the quality of judicial leadership; (4) Improve the credibility and transparency of the judiciary.


Furthermore, according to Ahmad Syarhuddin, the independence of religious judicature can be achieved by realizing its pillars, among others: the existence of clear legal guidelines, professional personnel, adequate facilities and infrastructure as well as relationships well-knit with community.

During the visit, Chairman of KPTA Yogyakarta, was accompanied by vice-chairman Mansur Nasir. In addition to do coaching, the opportunity was also used for introductions, for both Chairman or vice-chairman of PTA Yogyakarta were the new leadership duo in the area of Yogyakarta Special Region.

Nasir Mansur in that opportunity, in addition to introducing himself, he also hoped that all members of Bantul Religious Court to install sense of togetherness. “If there are things that are less good, immediately convey to the leadership to act upon.
