Sleman religious Court Stays Open

Related to this condition at 10.00 pm, on the same day Chairman of High Religious Court of Yogyakarta (PTA Yogyakarta), Drs. H. Ahmad Syarhuddin, SH., MH., accompanied by Vice-Chairman, Drs. H. Mansur Nasir, SH., Registrar / Secretary, Supardjiyanto, SH., and some elements of the other leaders made visit to Sleman Religious Court (PA Sleman) to view the current situation and the condition experienced in the office.
Based on information and explanation obtained there were no casualties suffered by employees of PA Sleman, but still there are 3 families of PA Sleman’s employees who are still in refugee camps today, they are the family of Drs. Muslih, SH addressed close to village Bronggang Argomulyo. Cangkringan District, family of Heri Widi Astanto, SSos, addressed at Bangunkerto Turi Sleman, and the family of Rahmawati, SAg who is located at ngestiharjo Kalasan Sleman, Yogyakarta.

Chairman of PA Sleman, Drs. Darin SH., MH also reported that despite of heavy rain of volcanic ash in Sleman regency, the activity of Sleman Religious Court’s office was still running like the usual days in order to perform service to public in need, even in Wednesday (3 / 11), a number of employees of PA Sleman, functional officials, Substitute Registrars and employees made a visit and provided aid to refugee posts of Mount merapi victims. The visited places were included three villages in two districts, namely Girikerto, Wukirsari, and Glagah Harjo.
Chairman of the Yogyakarta High religious Court in his speech expressed his empathy as well pride to the whole family of PA Sleman for in a situation not conducive under threat of disaster, but the entire staff still kept the spirit to carry out the duties and obligations, even were involved in the social activity by visiting and providing aid to refugee outposts of Mount Merapi disaster victims. On the occasion he also reminded to be constantly alert for the possibility of Mount Merapi still to continue giving threats of volcanic material and hot clouds, he also hoped and prayed for the situation to soon return to be normal.
