The Inauguration of Implementation of SIADPA Plus Application in the Environment of The Religious Courts of PTA Yogyakarta

pta-yogyakarta.go.id (Wednesday, 14/09/11) -The Chairman of the High Religious Court of Yogyakarta (PTA Yogyakarta) on Wednesday (14/09/11) inaugurated the implementation of SIADPA Plus application on the religious courts under the jurisdiction area of PTA Yogyakarta. The officially launching of the religious court case management application implemented in the Religious Courts of Yogyakarta was marked by displaying the user interface of the application of each religious court on five screens as a symbol of readiness of all religious courts within the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) in managing the implementation of this case management application.

A Long enough preparation has been done by the regional implementation team of SIADPA Plus of PTA Yogyakarta. Since being established by the Chairman PTA based on the Decree number: KPTA W12-A/713/HM.00/VI/2011 - which even witnessed at its inaugural by The Director General of Badilag (Religious Courts Body) -, the team immediately set an agenda that was poured into the work program of 2011.

Several activities have been done, such as socialization in PTA Yogyakarta as well as the courts under its jurisdiction area, installation and operation of SIADPA Plus, training to administrators, judges, substitute registrars, substitute bailiffs, and operators. Trial implementation of the case services with this application has been performed on the religious courts throughout DIY Province, with the implementation continued to be guided and evaluated by the facilitator.

After the preparations have been made, implementation of SIADPA Plus application across the religious courts within DIY region was officially launched on Wednesday 14 September 2011 in the Religious Court of Yogyakarta (PA Yogyakarta). SIADPA Plus launch event was attended by all chairmen and registrars/ secretaries from the religious courts across DIY, officials and judges of PA Yogyakarta. From the Regional team of SIADPA Plus of PTA Yogyakarta, were present Drs. H. Qomarudin Mudzakkir, SH (team leader), Drs. H. R Mansur (vice chairman), Sujarwo, SH (Secretary), Drs. Arwan Achmad (Deputy Secretary).

The head of the implementation team of SIADPA Plus of regional level of PTA Yogyakarta, Qomaruddin Mudzakir, admitted that there are existence of parties are resistant to change, who still consider that the utilization of technology will limit the judge in making decisions. As if to dispel the doubt, the high judge of PTA Yogyakarta, expressed that SIADPA Plus developed by Badilag is an improvement over the previous application, SIADPA that was proven making light of handling the case, starting from the registration until the settlement stage. The new SIADPA Plus in addition to be user friendly, it also will improve the quickness and accuracy of reporting. "With the implementation of SIADPA Plus it is certainly hoped that the public service can be enhanced by quick service, and carefully," said Qomaruddin enthusiastically.

The ease of implementation of the application that integrates the handling of cases ranging from registration to completion stage of the case was showed by each religious court. Guided by the intensification coordinator of the regional team of SIADPA Plus, Deska Pitrah, SH., MH., Stage-by-stage of case handling in this application was presented with the goal of providing the picture on the ease of case handling with the utilization of information technology in the field of case management compared with the manual systems so that the handling of the case will be faster with the aim of improving service to the justice seeker community.

The Chairman of PTA Yogyakarta, Drs. H. Ahmad Syarhuddin , SH., MH. in his speech expressed his appreciation to the performance of the implementation team of SIADPA Plus application whom he saw have worked hard in pioneering and implementing the application on all religious courts and eventually all religious courts can implement this application in order to support basic tasks. The Chairman himself assessed that the inauguration SIADPA Plus application itself is a phenomenal even for the simultaneously implementation on all religious courts in Yogyakarta is believed to be able to improve service to the justice seekers through the use of information technology.

The Chairman reminded that SIADPA implementation on the religious courts is now a part of the priority programs reform of the Directorate of Religious Courts, in addition to client service and information desk, and other priority programs, such as case settlement, human resource management, supervision and complaints handling, management of website, as well as the program "justice for all" which consists of services without cost, circuit court, and legal aid post.

The Chairman of PTA Yogyakarta further expected that any work that aims for goodness should be intended as worship so it is hoped that all religious courts especially those within the jurisdiction area of PTA ​​Yogyakarta will compete in achieving goodness.

The support from the chairman of the religious court of the first level as one of the conditions to increase the comprehensive implementation of the SIADPA Plus Applications was submitted by the Chairman of PA Yogyakarta, Drs. Recognizing that the use of technology today has become a necessity, the Chairman of PA Yogyakarta who was also the host of the launching event invited all chairmen and registrars / secretaries of religious courts in the jurisdictions of PTA Yogyakarta attending the event to continue to learn to improve their knowledge in order to follow technological information developments so that each can further encourage the utilization of information technology in their respective working environment in supporting the main tasks.
