pa-wates.net (Wednesday, 08/10/11), On Wednesday, August 10, 2011 The Religious Court of Wates conducted a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the commencement of new building construction of the Religious Court of Wates phase I (one) located on the road Yogyakarta-Purworejo.

After passing through a long auction process, eventually the auction committee determined an auction winner to PT Primary Sumber Mulya by the owner Drs. H. Suharsa to carry out the construction of new building works projects of Religious Court of Wates (PA Wates) of phase I, with the offering price of Rp. 1,328,500,000, - (one million three hundred twenty eight billion five hundred thousand rupiah).
The new building of 1000 m2 which will stand on an area of 2110 m2 is planned to be completed in fiscal year 2013. It is planned it can have been used in same year.
The groundbreaking ceremony was conducted by the Chairman of PA Wates, Drs. M. Badawi, SH., MSI. accompanied by the Registrar / Secretary Suhartadi, SH. and Deputy Secretary, Nali Triafairuzzi, SH as well as entire committee of the new building construction of PA Wates.
The present building of PA Wates located at Jl. Sugiman No 25 Wates Kulon Progo is considered very small and narrow so that PA Wates is not able to maximize its service to justice seekers, from the registration room, waiting room and courtroom. Given the condition of the old building is no longer qualified as a place providing services to justice seeker community, Therefore, PA Wates propose to the High Religious Court of Yogyakarta and the Supreme Court to expand the office of PA Wates by constructing a new building.
The new building was planned to be built in two floors. As to the first floor will be used for the rooms for deputy registrar, deputy secretary, court room, secretariat room, registration room, mediation room, archives room, waiting room, cashier room, and the place of case registration. whereas for the second floor, used for the rooms for chairman, deputy chairman, registrar / secretary, substitute registrars, bailiffs, library, IT / computer room and meeting room / hall.
It is hope that this construction can proceed smoothly, be avoided from various obstacles and barriers as well as completed on time and can be immediately used. Besides, is expected that the new building will be a representative place for the justice seekers community of Kulon Progo Regency.
