"Accountability and transparency as the priorities of bureaucracy reformation within the Supreme Court today demand all working units to perform administration activities appropriately and responsibility," said the Chairman of the High Religious Court of Yogyakarta (PTA Yogyakarta), Drs. H. Ahmad Syarhuddin , SH., MH., opening the secretariat coordination meeting and the arrangement of RKAKL (Work Plan and Budget of Ministry and State Agency) of the religious courts within the Jurisdiction of PTA Yogyakarta, on Monday (09/01/12).

The chairman of PTA Yogyakarta hoped an active coordination from planning phase to reporting phase among the subdivisions of the secretariat, either on the general, personnel, or finance, considering it has a close relation to the success of management. In essence, he emphasized all related to planning, implementing, and reporting to be run well in accordance with the rules.
The meeting held in the Hall of PTA Yogyakarta was attended by all Registrars/ Secretaries, and Deputy Secretaries of the religious courts within the jurisdiction of PTA Yogyakarta. Each religious court also deployed its secretarial officials, consisting of head of general subdivision, of finance subdivision, and of personnel subdivision.
In his direction, the Registrar/ Secretary of PTA Yogyakarta, Supardjiyanto, SH. conveyed that in performing the arrangement of annual report, the first thing to do was to equate the report format. It applied to all units in structuring the inventory of personnel, assets, and others. In the field of personnel, regarding to the moratorium on candidate civil servants (CPNS) registration in 2011 within ministries and state agencies, he said that the Supreme Court will conduct staffing assignment to measure the work volume for an ideal number of staff required related to the formation of employees in 2012. therefor he hoped concerned officials within the environment of PTA Yogyakarta to follow it up their best, including on the entry of book of staff workload description.
The resource persons in the meeting were Deputy Secretary of PTA Yogyakarta, Karyarini Fatonah, SH., MM., Head of Personnel Subdivision (Muksan, SAg., SH., MSI.), Head of General Subdivision (Sudarinto, SH.), And Head of Finance and Planning Subdivision (Syamsul Munif, SH.).

On the general field, head of General Subdivision, Sudarinto, SH., reminded that the decree of appointment on utilization of official house or vehicle should always be yearly renewed. So should the List of Room Inventory and it should also be compared to the condition of each room, so the record of the state-owned properties can be accurately maintained.
On the Finance field, head of Finance and Planning Subdivision, Syamsul Munif, SH urged budget management team to coordinate each other and not to work alone to prevent deviation in budget management. In planning, he expected the concerned officials to consult with the respective leader so the implementation of work program will run appropriately as the expectation of the Chairman of PTA in his welcoming speech.
The meeting also accommodated problems arising in each working unit of religious court. It continued till evening with arrangement of Working Plan and Budget of Ministry and State Agency (RKAKL) of 2013.
