Structural Officers Inauguration, Employees Relieving, and High Judge's retirement Graduation at High Religious Court of Yogyakarta

pta-yogyakarta.go.id (Monday, 05/01/10) - Opening the new year 2010, High Religious Court of Yogyakarta (PTA Yogyakarta) held structural Officials inauguration, employee releasing and High Judge's retirement Graduation of High Religious Court of Yogyakarta,  located at the auditorium of PTA Yogyakarta, on Monday, January 5, 2010.

The first event held was  inauguration for the new structural Officials. On that occasion, there were two new officicers sworn in, namely Karyarini Fathonah, SH., MM. and Syamsul Munif, SH., MSI. Karyarini who previously had served as  Subdivision Financial head of High Religious Court of Yogyakarta would be taken for the oath and be appointed as the Deputy Secretary of High Religious Court of Yogyakarta. Whereas Syamsul Munif would replace Karyarini as Subdivision Financial Head in High Religious Court of Yogyakarta. Previously he had been the Head of Financial Affairs of Religious Court of Wonosari.

Inaugural event began at 13:30, started with the decree pronouncement of the Secretary of the Supreme Court No.041/SEK/Peng.06.1/XI/2009 as the basal appointment for both these structural officicers, followed with oath taking and inauguration words by the Chairman High Religious Court of Yogyakarta, Drs. H. M. Hasan H. Muhammad. Then Karyarini as the old Official symbolically handed over the duties and responsibilities to Syamsul Munif.

Following the inauguration ceremony, was employees relieving who have moved to the new place, Drs.Mursid Amirudin who previously had standed as Deputy Secretary of High Religious Court of Yogyakarta was transferred to be Registrar/Secretary in Religious Court of Yogyakarta, and Nur Ali Yaman SHI, former Substitute Registrar in High Religious Court of Yogyakarta was transferred to be the Deputy Registrar in Religious Court of Sleman.

Meanwhile, retirement graduation for High Religious Court Judge was a ceremony held to show honor from the judges and the all the employees of High Religious Court of Yogyakarta for Drs. Suharto Martoatmojo, MHum., High Judge of the High Religious Court of Yogyakarta who in the first of October 2009 had reached the retirement age. This retirement ceremony was done symbolically by the Chairman by removing pinned judge badge of Drs. Suharto M, M.Hum. The event with a gap of only about ten minutes of the Officials inauguration ceremony and the employees relieving felt so solemn.

The atmosphere of emotional expression appeared in every face of the audience especially of the other judges who had worked and served together with him in High Religious Court of Yogyakarta.

In his farewell speech, Drs. Suharto gave a special thanks to Chairman of High Religious Court of Yogyakarta for all the guidance during he had served on the institution. Also unforgotten to all  the people in High Religious Court of Yogyakarta, he expected that existing Silaturrahim relationship could continue to exist, not only in official duty.

"Another task that not less important is waiting. There so many people call themselves as muslims, but do not carry out their duty as muslims, "said Drs. Suharto, who planned to focus himself on the development of people in the community.

For people like Drs. Suharto M,M.Hum, who from early life had been being consistently active in religious social activities, retirement is not something bothersome. Because wherever he is, people will need a figure like him, so there no sense of self-benefit missing in the society will appear.
