The Constitutional Court (MK) decided to keep children out of wedlock have a civil relationship with a man who can be proven by science and technology and / or other evidence under the law turns out to have ties of blood as his father. Decision of the Court with a number 46/PUU-IX/2011 was read by the Chairman of the Constitutional Court, Moh. Mahfud MD with other constitution was accompanied by eight judges on Friday (17/2) at the Plenary Court Room.

The Orientation by Vice-Chairman for non-Judicial Matters of the Supreme Court in PTA Yogyakarta pta-yogyakarta.go.id | Friday (20/01/12) A moment of a national seminar to be organized by the Islamic University of Indonesia, Yogyakarta was used well by the High Religious Court Yogyakarta (PTA Yogyakarta) by inviting the speakers from the Supreme Court to provide orientation to judges within the jurisdiction of PTA Yogyakarta. The seminar itself, whose theme is 'Mediation and Legal Assistance in the Religious Courts Environment: Agenda and Problems' to be held on Saturday (20/01/12), would be attended by judges from the region of Yogyakarta. The orientation for judges took place in the hall of PTA Yogyakarta, Friday evening (20/01/12), was delivered by the Vice Chief Justice for non-Judicial Matters of the Supreme Court Dr. Drs. H. Ahmad Kamil, SH., MH., the Supreme Justice Dr. Habiburrahman, SH., MHum., and the Director General of Badilag Drs. Wahyu Widiana, MA. The orientation was attended by judges from across religious courts of PTA Yogyakarta.

Djazimah Muqoddas, SH., MHum. as the high judge of PTA Yogyakarta. Previously, Hj. Djazimah Muqoddas is a high judge of PTA Jakarta. The inauguration ceremony held in the main courtroom of PTA Yogyakarta was attended by the chairmen of the religious courts throughout the Province of Yogyakarta Special Region and all high judges of PTA Yogyakarta. It was also attended by family of Hj. Djazimah Muqoddas, and the Chairman of PTA Jakarta with delegates.
